Shipping & delivery

Every piece is made to order, so delivery has two parts: production, then shipping.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is planned and will be announced when it is ready.

How long it takes

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, and weather can affect delivery.

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it, straight from your order page. This cancellation window is separate from, and comes before, the normal production and delivery time: we begin making your order only once it closes, and the estimated delivery time runs from that point. After the window closes, fulfillment has begun and the order can no longer be canceled.

  • Production: most items take 2-7 business days to print and prepare. It can run longer during busy periods.
  • Shipping: 3-8 business days within the United States after production.
  • Overall: most customers receive their order in about 7-11 business days once production begins.

Shipping & handling

Shipping and handling is calculated for your exact items and address at checkout, before you pay, and is shown as one line in your order summary. It reflects the carrier's cost to deliver your order and, in some states, sales tax charged on its production.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking link. It can take 24-48 hours to show movement in the carrier's system.

Split shipments

Items in one order may be made at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You are not charged extra, and each package has its own tracking.

Address problems

Please check your address carefully before paying. We cannot be responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because an address is incorrect or incomplete, and a re-shipment may need to be paid for. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If your package is late or missing, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier. Packages the carrier shows as delivered and that are later taken are outside our control, but we will still help where we can.
